In Friday's non-league match, the host River Ridge Wildcats football squad scored a good 22-12 triumph over the Hiawatha Hawks.
The Wildcats (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Ashton-Franklin Center (Ashton, IL). The Raiders come into the non-league match with a 0-5 record. In their last match, Ashton-Franklin Center was beaten by South Beloit (South Beloit, IL), 35-14, in a league match.
