Texas High School Football - John Paul II trounced by St. Mark's

The John Paul II Cardinals football team (Plano, TX), was crushed 49-0 in Friday's non-league bout with the visiting St. Mark's Lions (Dallas, TX)

With the win, St. Mark's advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Lions host Kinkaid (Houston, TX) to encounter the Falcons in a Southwest Prep 4A bout on Friday, October 4. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Kinkaid won 21-7 in their recent non-league bout against Second Baptist (Houston, TX)

The Cardinals now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Mercy Culture Prep for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 5. John Paul II will encounter a Royals team coming off a 48-0 league loss to First Baptist (Dallas, TX). The Royals record now stands at 0-5.
