In their next game, the Gladiators face the Cheboygan Chiefs (Cheboygan, MI) in a Northern Michigan - Legends challenge, on Friday, October 4. St. Francis will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Chiefs enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 40-0 league loss to Boyne City (Boyne City, MI).

The Stags (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Benzie Central (Benzonia, MI). The Huskies enter the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Benzie Central lost by Charlevoix (Charlevoix, MI), 34-14, in a league challenge.
