In Friday's league match, the visiting New Rockford-Sheyenne/Maddock football squad scored a decisive 70-8 triumph over the Larimore Polar Bears.

The (6-0) will now prepare for their match against North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland] (Cando, ND). The Bearcats come into the non-league match with a 0-5 record.

Coming up next, the Polar Bears confront the Hatton/Northwood Thunder (Northwood, ND) in a 9-Man Region 3 (9 Man) match, on Friday, October 4. Larimore will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Thunder come into the match with a 1-4 record after their 52-22 league loss to Four Winds (Fort Totten, ND).
