The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Monomoy Sharks (Harwich, MA) and the visiting Wareham Vikings (Wareham, MA), witnessed Monomoy's football squad topple Wareham by a count of 12-0.

The Sharks (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bourne (Bourne, MA). The Canalmen enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Bourne thwarted Cape Cod RVT (Harwich, MA), 34-0, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Vikings confront the Cape Cod RVT Crusaders (Harwich, MA) in a Mayflower - Vocational Small contest, on Friday, October 4. Wareham will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Crusaders enter the contest with a 1-3 record after their 14-12 non-league loss to St. John Paul II (Hyannis, MA).
