Michigan High School Football - Our Lady of the Lake Catholic over New Buffalo

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Lakers (St. Joseph, MI) and the host New Buffalo Bison (New Buffalo, MI), witnessed Our Lady of the Lake Catholic's football squad knock off New Buffalo by a tally of 44-30.

The Lakers (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Sacred Heart Academy (Grand Rapids, MI). The come into the non-league outing with a 5-0 record. In their last outing, Sacred Heart Academy topped Calvin Christian (Grandville, MI), 44-8, in a non-league outing.

With the defeat, New Buffalo drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Bison host Lee (Wyoming, MI) to clash with the Legends in a non-league outing on Friday, October 4. The Legends come into the outing with a record of 2-3. Lee lost 64-6 in their recent non-league outing against Bridgman (Bridgman, MI)
