Alabama High School Football - Orange Beach tops Robertsdale

September 27, 2024: Orange Beach, AL 36561

The Orange Beach Makos football squad scored 45 points and limited the visiting Robertsdale Golden Bears to 14 in the Makos non-league triumph on Friday.

The Makos now hold a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Escambia County for a 4A Region 1 test on Friday, October 4. Orange Beach will meet a Blue Devils squad coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Northview (Bratt, FL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-4.

With the defeat, Robertsdale drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Golden bears travel to Baker (Mobile, AL) to meet the Hornets in a 7A Region 1 test on Friday, October 4. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 4-1. Baker won 27-21 in their recent league test against Daphne (Daphne, AL)
