Texas High School Football - Palacios prevails West Oso

September 27, 2024: Corpus Christi, TX 78405

In Friday's league match, the visiting Palacios Sharks football squad scored a good 23-6 triumph over the West Oso Bears.

The Sharks (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Goliad (Goliad, TX). The Tigers come into the 3A-1 Region IV District 15 match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Goliad defeated Mathis (Mathis, TX), 49-13, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Bears confront the Orange Grove Bulldogs (Orange Grove, TX) in a 3A-1 Region IV District 15 match, on Friday, October 4. West Oso will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the match with a 2-2 record after their 28-0 league loss to Edna (Edna, TX).
