The Pine Raiders felled the visiting Pearl River Rebels football team by a score of 28-20 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Raiders face the Varnado Wildcats (Angie, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 4. Pine will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 30-6 non-league win over Thrive Academy (Baton Rouge, LA).
The Rebels (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Chalmette (Chalmette, LA). The Owls go into the non-league challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Chalmette toppled Booker T. Washington (New Orleans, LA), 36-6, in a non-league challenge.
