Alabama High School Football - Russell County beat Valley

September 27, 2024: Seale, AL 36875

The Russell County Warriors (Seale, AL) football were winner over the visiting Valley Rams (Valley, AL), 45-27 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Warriors now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Stanhope Elmore for a 6A Region 2 outing on Friday, October 4. Russell County will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 20-0 non-league win over Smiths Station (Smiths, AL). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-2.

With the defeat, Valley drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Sylacauga (Sylacauga, AL) to clash with the Aggies in a 5A Region 4 outing on Friday, October 4. The Aggies come into the outing with a record of 3-3. Sylacauga won 28-14 in their recent non-league outing against Jemison (Jemison, AL)
