The Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns football team (Hawley, PA), dropped 42-13 in Friday's league bout with the host Scranton Prep Cavaliers (Scranton, PA)

With the win, Scranton Prep advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Cavaliers host Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA) to encounter the Comets in a Lackawanna 1 bout on Friday, October 4. The Comets go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Abington Heights lost 35-28 in their recent league bout against Delaware Valley (Milford, PA)
