The St. Joseph Knights football squad scored 35 points and limited the visiting Shafter Generals to 7 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Mission College Prep for a test on Friday, October 4.

With the defeat, Shafter drops to 4-1 on the campaign. The Generals host Taft (Taft, CA) to meet the Wildcats in a test on Friday, October 4. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 4-1. Taft won 31-14 in their recent non-league test against Cabrillo (Lompoc, CA)
