In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Legacy Academy Silverbacks volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Tucumcari Rattlers.

The Silverbacks (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Oak Grove Classical Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Owls enter the non-league challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Oak Grove Classical Academy was beaten by Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rattlers meet the Santa Rosa Lions (Santa Rosa, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Tucumcari will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
