The Bixby Spartans overwhelmed the visiting McAlester Buffaloes softball squad by a count of 12-2 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Spartans meet the Glenpool Warriors (Glenpool, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 30. Bixby will attempt to upgrade on its 17-9 season record. The Warriors go into the challenge with a 10-19 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Coweta (Coweta, OK).

The Buffaloes (1-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Charles Page (Sand Springs, OK). The Sandites go into the non-league challenge with a 12-13 record. In their last challenge, Charles Page was routed by Tahlequah (Tahlequah, OK), 9-7, in a non-league challenge.
