The Nixa Eagles got by the host Blue Springs Wildcats softball squad by a count of 8-7 in Friday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles meet the Rock Bridge Bruins (Columbia, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 28. Nixa will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Bruins go into the challenge with a 17-5 record after their 16-3 non-league win over Neosho (Neosho, MO).
