Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Springfield can't hold off East

September 27, 2024: West Chester, PA 19380

In Friday's non-league match, the East Vikings (West Chester, PA) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Springfield Cougars (Springfield, PA), by a count of 3-2.

Next up, the Vikings battle the Downingtown West Whippets (Downingtown, PA) in a Ches-Mont match, on Tuesday, October 1. East will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Whippets enter the match with a 4-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Perkiomen Valley (Collegeville, PA).

The Cougars (5-6) will now prepare for their match against Harriton (Rosemont, PA). The Rams enter the Central match with a 8-9 record. In their last match, Harriton was tipped by Owen J. Roberts (Pottstown, PA), 3-1, in a non-league match.
