The Ventura Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Pasadena Bulldogs to 0 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now have a 12-9 record. They play next when they host Dos Pueblos for a Channel outing on Tuesday, October 1. Ventura will play a Chargers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Los Gatos (Los Gatos, CA). The Chargers record now stands at 13-7.

With the loss, Pasadena drops to 12-15 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Clovis East (Clovis, CA) to play the Timberwolves in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 28. The Timberwolves come into the outing with a record of 10-14. Clovis East lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Clovis West (Fresno, CA)
