In Saturday's non-league match, the host South Windsor Bobcats football squad scored a decisive 42-0 triumph over the Avon Falcons.
The Bobcats (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Simsbury (Simsbury, CT). The Trojans go into the Central Connecticut - Tier 2 battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Simsbury was ripped by Hall (West Hartford, CT), 38-26, in a non-league battle.
