Connecticut High School Football - Bacon Academy/Lyman Memorial tops Windham

September 27, 2025: Colchester, CT

The Bacon Academy/Lyman Memorial football squad scored 24 points and limited the visiting Windham Whippets to 14 in the league triumph on Saturday.

The now hold a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host New London for a Eastern Connecticut I outing on Saturday, October 11.

With the defeat, Windham drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Whippets host Stonington (Stonington, CT) to clash with the Bears in a non-league outing on Friday, October 3. The Bears come into the outing with a record of 1-2. Stonington won 16-14 in their recent non-league game against New London (New London, CT)
