Ohio High School Football - Bluffton falls to Lima Central Catholic

September 27, 2025: Lima, OH 45805

The Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds felled the visiting Bluffton Pirates football team by a score of 31-21 in Saturday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Thunderbirds meet the Jefferson Wildcats (Delphos, OH) in a Northwest test, on Friday, October 3. Lima Central Catholic will attempt to move on its 6-0 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 1-5 record after their 35-0 league loss to Crestview (Convoy, OH).

With the defeat, Bluffton drops to 5-1 on the campaign. The Pirates host Crestview (Convoy, OH) to face the Knights in a Northwest challenge on Friday, October 3. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 5-1. Crestview won 35-0 in their recent league challenge against Jefferson (Delphos, OH)
