The Carver Vo-Tech Bears (Baltimore, MD) football were winner over the host Lake Clifton Lakers (Baltimore, MD), 28-8 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Bears now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Green Street Academy for a Class 1A South outing on Friday, October 3. Carver Vo-Tech will face a Chargers team coming off a 16-6 league win over Douglass (Baltimore, MD). The Chargers record now stands at 2-2.
The Lakers (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Dunbar (Baltimore, MD). The Poets enter the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Dunbar ran past Poly (Baltimore, MD), 50-6, in a league game.
