In Saturday's non-league outing, the Concord Raiders (Wilmington, DE) football squad knocked off the visiting Christiana Vikings (Newark, DE), by a margin of 20-8.
The Raiders now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host DuPont for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 4. Concord will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 52-0 non-league loss to Delcastle Technical (Wilmington, DE). The Tigers record now stands at 0-5.
The Vikings (1-3) will now prepare for their game against First State Military Academy (Clayton, DE). The Bulldogs enter the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, First State Military Academy was toppled by Polytech (Woodside, DE), 28-13, in a league bout.
