In their next game, the Hornets face the Fieldston Eagles (Bronx, NY) in a Metropolitan Independent challenge, on Saturday, October 4. Hackley will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 10-7 league loss to Montclair Kimberley Academy (Montclair, NJ).

The Hilltoppers (0-3) will now prepare for their challenge against King (Stamford, CT). The Vikings come into the Metropolitan Independent outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, King was defeated by Rye Country Day (Rye, NY), 22-14, in a league outing.
