Delaware High School Football - Wilmington Friends routs St. Andrew's

The Wilmington Friends Quakers walloped the host St. Andrew's Cardinals football team by a score of 49-14 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Quakers face the Archmere Academy Auks (Claymont, DE) in a 2A District 1 challenge, on Saturday, October 4. Wilmington Friends will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Auks enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 35-13 non-league loss to Lake Forest (Felton, DE).

With the defeat, St. Andrew's drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to McKean (Wilmington, DE) to clash with the Highlanders in a non-league outing on Friday, October 3. The Highlanders come into the outing with a record of 1-3. McKean lost 36-0 in their recent non-league outing against Odessa (Townsend, DE)
