The Friars now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Joseph-by-the-Sea for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 4. St. Anthony's will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 21-14 non-league win over Monsignor Farrell (Staten Island, NY). The Vikings record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Archbishop Stepinac drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Chaminade (Mineola, NY) to battle the Flyers in a non-league contest on Saturday, October 4. The Flyers enter the contest with a record of 2-2. Chaminade won 49-0 in their recent non-league contest against Kellenberg Memorial (Uniondale, NY)
