Lewis-Palmer Rangers (Monument, CO) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Banning Lewis Academy Stallions (Colorado Springs, CO), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Rangers (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO). The Kadets come into the non-league challenge with a 7-0 record. In their last challenge, Air Academy beat Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Stallions meet the St. Mary's Pirates (Colorado Springs, CO) in a test, on Tuesday, September 30. Banning Lewis Academy will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record. The Pirates go into the test with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Manitou Springs (Manitou Springs, CO).
