The Pomona Panthers flag football team scored 46 points and restricted the visiting Bear Creek Bears to 21 in the Panthers league win on Saturday.

In their next game, the Panthers face the Mountain Range Mustangs (Westminster, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 29. Pomona will attempt to move on its 10-1 season record. The Mustangs come into the test with a 3-7 record after their 15-6 league loss to Thornton (Thornton, CO).

With the defeat, Bear Creek drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Golden (Golden, CO) to meet the Demons in a 4A Jeffco test on Saturday, October 4. The Demons enter the challenge with a record of 7-5. Golden won 27-7 in their recent league challenge against Lakewood (Lakewood, CO)
