California High School Flag Football - Burlingame defeats Madera

September 27, 2025: Burlingame, CA 94010

The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the Burlingame Panthers (Burlingame, CA) and the visiting Madera Coyotes (Madera, CA), witnessed Burlingame's flag football squad topple Madera by a tally of 16-0.

The Panthers (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Monta Vista (Cupertino, CA). The Matadors enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Monta Vista was outscored by Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA), 13-7, in a league contest.

The Coyotes now own a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Wilcox for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 27. Madera will encounter a Chargers team coming off a 32-0 league win over MacDonald (San Jose, CA). The Chargers record now stands at 4-7.
