Colorado High School Flag Football - Thornton winner over Mountain Range

The Thornton Trojans (Thornton, CO) flag football knocked off the host Mountain Range Mustangs (Westminster, CO), 15-6 in Saturday's league game.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Aurora West College Prep Academy Spartans (Aurora, CO) in a 5A/4A Northern Colorado game, on Wednesday, October 1. Thornton will attempt to better on its 5-6 season record. The Spartans enter the game with a 2-7 record after their 60-7 league loss to Mountain View (Loveland, CO).

The Mustangs (3-7) will now prepare for their outing against Pomona (Arvada, CO). The Panthers come into the non-league outing with a 10-1 record. In their last outing, Pomona achieved victory over Bear Creek (Lakewood, CO), 46-21, in a league outing.
