Illinois High School Flag Football - St. Laurence defeats Stagg

The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the St. Laurence Vikings (Burbank, IL) and the visiting Stagg Chargers (Palos Hills, IL), witnessed St. Laurence's flag football squad topple Stagg by a tally of 40-26.
The Vikings (17-4) will now prepare for their bout against Evanston (Evanston, IL). The Wildkits go into the non-league bout with a 11-2 record. In their last bout, Evanston overcame Deerfield (Deerfield, IL), 26-19, in a league bout.
The Chargers now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Evanston for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 27. Stagg will encounter a Wildkits team coming off a 26-19 league win over Deerfield (Deerfield, IL). The Wildkits record now stands at 11-2.
