West Virginia High School Soccer - Riverside knocks off Sherman

Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Riverside Warriors (Belle, WV) and the host Sherman Tide (Seth, WV), saw Riverside's soccer squad triumph over Sherman by a count of 10-0.
The Warriors (2-10) will now prepare for their battle against Huntington (Huntington, WV). The Highlanders enter the Coalfield AAA battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Huntington ran past Spring Valley (Huntington, WV), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Tide confront the Cross Lanes Christian Warriors (Charleston, WV) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 30. Sherman will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record.
