The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the Barrington Fillies/Broncos (Barrington, IL) and the visiting Palatine Pirates (Palatine, IL), witnessed Barrington's football squad knock off Palatine by a tally of 18-0.

The Fillies/Broncos (2-4) will now prepare for their bout against Conant (Hoffman Estates, IL). The Cougars go into the non-league bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Conant was topped by Fremd (Palatine, IL), 49-6, in a non-league bout.

The Pirates now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Grant Community for a non-league contest on Monday, September 29. Palatine will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 22-6 non-league loss to Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-4.
