Connecticut High School Football - Bristol Eastern overwhelmed by Berlin

The Berlin Redcoats walloped the visiting Bristol Eastern Lancers football team by a score of 34-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Redcoats face the WMRP [Wethersfield/Middletown/Rocky Hill/Plainville] Eagles (Wethersfield, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 4. Berlin will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 16-14 non-league loss to Platt (Meriden, CT).

With the defeat, Bristol Eastern drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Farmington (Farmington, CT) to clash with the River Hawks in a non-league test on Saturday, October 4. The River Hawks come into the game with a record of 2-0. Farmington won 22-0 in their recent non-league game against E.O. Smith/Tolland (Storrs, CT)
