The Springbrook Blue Devils felled the visiting Kennedy Cavaliers football team by a score of 18-8 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Blue Devils now hold a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Whitman for a non-league test on Friday, October 3. Springbrook will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 28-6 non-league win over Wootton (Rockville, MD). The Vikings record now stands at 2-2.
With the defeat, Kennedy drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Northwood (Silver Spring, MD) to face the Gladiators in a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 4. The Gladiators go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
