The Sultans (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against West Hills (Santee, CA). The Wolf Pack enter the non-league contest with a 10-1 record. In their last contest, West Hills notched a victory over Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA), 2-0, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs encounter the Palo Verde Valley Yellow Jackets (Blythe, CA) in a battle, on Thursday, October 2. Calexico will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Yellow Jackets go into the battle with a 1-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Holtville (Holtville, CA).
