Chazy Eagles (Chazy, NY) boosters went home in high spirits Saturday as they observed their soccer squad triumph over the visiting Keene Central Beavers (Keene Valley, NY), 6-0 in a non-league outing.

The Eagles (9-1) will now prepare for their outing against Boquet Valley (Elizabethtown, NY). The Griffins go into the outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Boquet Valley was overwhelmed by Peru (Peru, NY), 8-1, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Beavers play the Willsboro Central Warriors (Willsboro, NY) in a Northern test, on Wednesday, October 1. Keene Central will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Warriors come into the test with a 0-3 record after their 7-0 league loss to Schroon Lake (Schroon Lake, NY).
