The South Jefferson Spartans held off the host Cicero-North Syracuse Northstars soccer team by a tally of 4-3 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next, the Spartans face the Lowville Red Raiders (Lowville, NY) in a Frontier- Division A game, on Tuesday, September 30. South Jefferson will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 6-1 league win over General Brown (Dexter, NY).

With the loss, Cicero-North Syracuse moves to 3-1 on the year. The Northstars travel to Baldwinsville (Baldwinsville, NY) to play the Bees in a SCAC Metro bout on Tuesday, September 30. The Bees go into the bout with a record of 4-1.
