Indiana High School Soccer - Owen Valley nudged by Lighthouse Christian Academy

The Lighthouse Christian Academy Lions nipped the visiting Owen Valley Patriots soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Lions now hold a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Edgewood for a non-league bout on Monday, September 29. Lighthouse Christian Academy will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Greencastle (Greencastle, IN). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-3.
With the loss, Owen Valley moves to 5-6 on the season. The Patriots host Northview (Brazil, IN) to face the Knights in a Western Indiana game on Wednesday, October 1. The Knights enter the game with a record of 7-6. Northview lost 3-1 in their recent non-league game against North Putnam (Roachdale, IN)
