The Pomfret School Griffins soccer team scored 3 points and restricted the host Westminster School Martlets to 2 in the Griffins non-league win on Saturday.
Next, the Griffins face the Marianapolis Prep Golden Knights (Thompson, CT) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, October 1. Pomfret School will attempt to advance on its 1-6 season record. The Golden Knights enter the contest with a 3-3 record after their 5-2 non-league win over Winchendon (Winchendon, MA).
