In Saturday's non-league contest, the Rapid City Central Cobblers (Rapid City, SD) soccer team routed the visiting Spearfish Spartans (Spearfish, SD), by a count of 7-2.
Next, the Cobblers battle the Sturgis Brown Scoopers (Sturgis, SD) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 2. Rapid City Central will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record.
The Spartans (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against St. Thomas More (Rapid City, SD). The Cavaliers enter the non-league contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, St. Thomas More held off Douglas (Box Elder, SD), 2-1, in a non-league contest.
