Colorado High School Softball - Rampart defeated by Grand Junction Central

The Rampart Rams softball squad (Colorado Springs, CO), was routed 18-5 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Grand Junction Central Warriors (Grand Junction, CO)

With the triumph, Grand Junction Central improves its record to 8-10 on the year. The Warriors host Grand Junction (Grand Junction, CO) to face the Tigers in a 5A/4A Southwestern contest on Tuesday, September 30. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 14-4. Grand Junction won 16-0 in their recent non-league bout against Castle View (Castle Rock, CO)

In their next game, the Rams clash with the Pine Creek Eagles (Colorado Springs, CO) in a 5A CSML bout, on Monday, September 29. Rampart will attempt to advance on its 3-13 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 13-3 record after their 12-0 league win over Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, CO).
