Next up, the Westerners confront the West Sioux Falcons (Hawarden, IA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 30. Akron-Westfield will attempt to advance on its 6-9 season record. The Falcons enter the game with a 0-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union (Marcus, IA).

With the loss, Northwest Webster drops to 7-7 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Newell-Fonda (Newell, IA) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 30. The Mustangs come into the outing with a record of 7-9. Newell-Fonda lost 2-0 in their recent league outing against East Sac County (Lake View, IA)
