Minnesota High School Volleyball - Anoka over Faribault

In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Anoka Tornadoes volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Faribault Falcons.

With the win, Anoka improves its record to 10-8 on the season. The Tornadoes travel to Visitation (Mendota Heights, MN) to face the Blazers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. The Blazers go into the test with a record of 4-6. Visitation lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Academy of Holy Angels (Richfield, MN)

The Falcons now own a 1-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host South St. Paul for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 27. Faribault will face a Packers squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN). The Packers record now stands at 7-7.
