Arab Knights (Arab, AL) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Providence Christian Eagles (Dothan, AL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Knights (21-20) will now prepare for their challenge against Scottsboro (Scottsboro, AL). The Wildcats come into the 5A Area 14 challenge with a 1-17 record. In their last challenge, Scottsboro lost by Guntersville (Guntersville, AL), 3-0, in a league test.

The Eagles now sport a 17-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Houston Academy for a non-league outing on Monday, September 29. Providence Christian will play a Raiders team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Dothan (Dothan, AL). The Raiders record now stands at 19-7.
