In Saturday's non-league bout, the Kate Duncan Smith DAR Patriots (Grant, AL) volleyball team knocked off the host Ardmore Tigers (Ardmore, AL), by a margin of 2-0.

The Patriots now possess a 21-19 record. They play next when they travel to Madison Academy for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 27. Kate Duncan Smith DAR will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 league win over West Limestone (Lester, AL). The Mustangs record now stands at 17-9.

With the loss, Ardmore drops to 5-17 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Westminster Christian Academy (Huntsville, AL) to clash with the Wildcats in a 5A Area 16 contest on Tuesday, September 30.
