In Saturday's non-league match, the Beauregard Hornets (Opelika, AL) volleyball squad tipped the host Wicksburg Panthers (Newton, AL), by a count of 2-1.
Next up, the Hornets confront the Dale County Warriors (Midland City, AL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 27. Beauregard will attempt to move on its 13-9 season record. The Warriors enter the match with a 7-16 record after their 3-0 league loss to Geneva (Geneva, AL).
The Panthers (6-12) will now prepare for their match against Wakulla (Crawfordville, FL). The War Eagles come into the non-league bout with a 10-3 record. In their last bout, Wakulla was nudged by Aucilla Christian (Monticello, FL), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
