The Philip Scotties volleyball team (Philip, SD), was tipped 2-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Bowman County co-op [Bowman/Rhame] Bulldogs (Bowman, ND)

The Bulldogs (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Edgemont (Edgemont, SD). The Moguls enter the non-league contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Edgemont was tipped by Crawford (Crawford, NE), 3-2, in a non-league battle.

The Scotties now own a 2-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakota Tech for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 27. Philip will meet a Tatanka team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Hot Springs (Hot Springs, SD). The Tatanka record now stands at 3-6.
