Bracken County Polar Bears (Brooksville, KY) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the host Powell County Pirates (Stanton, KY), 2-0 in a non-league outing.

The Polar Bears now have a 14-4 record. They play next when they host St. Patrick for a District 39 outing on Tuesday, September 30. Bracken County will play a Saints squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Ludlow (Ludlow, KY). The Saints record now stands at 6-12.

The Pirates (11-10) will now prepare for their game against Wolfe County (Campton, KY). The Wolves go into the non-league game with a 10-7 record.
