Kentucky High School Volleyball - Breathitt County over Southwestern

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Breathitt County Bobcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Southwestern Warriors.
The Bobcats (11-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Whitley County (Williamsburg, KY). The Colonels enter the non-league challenge with a 16-3 record. In their last challenge, Whitley County beat Madison Southern (Berea, KY), 3-0, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 2-21 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Knox Central for a non-league test on Saturday, September 27. Southwestern will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Somerset Christian (Somerset, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 9-5.
