The Lions (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against West Lyon (Inwood, IA). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, West Lyon notched a victory over Estherville Lincoln Central (Estherville, IA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

The Bulldogs now own a 4-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln for a Missouri River battle on Tuesday, September 30. Le Mars will encounter a Lynx squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Sioux City North (Sioux City, IA). The Lynx record now stands at 5-19.
